Basic filter regulator and gauge with water and oil trap. 1/2″ BSP female thread input and output.
Use this filter to control air pressure from the compressor close to the point of spray. Using this closer to the point of spray allows for more exact control over the air pressure compared to the flow from the compressor. As distance from the compressor increases, pressure can drop, so use of this regulator allows for more accurate control of air pressure.

High performance, premium pleated air filters for the air inlet side of the booth. Pleated panel filters are more effective at removing particulate contaminants than glass fibre, which helps in achieving the perfect finish.

Air outlet filters for the spray booth with up to 98% filtration efficiency with stapled construction to give longer, superior working life. Expansion strapping ensures correct spacing of filter corrugations, with every eighth corrugation marked for easy cutting.
A flat packed design allows easy transport, while the design of the filter gives high paint loading with a low pressure drop.

The Compact' Dropout® unit is used as an inline point of use liquid (water and oil) separator and contaminant remover.
Unlike traditional separators that are only efficient with constant and stable flows, Dropout® has the ability to maintain its performance levels during start up where it reaches optimum performance in a fraction of a second. This is also useful for pulsed flows.
This product is easy to install. and once fitted, requires no replacement filters and has zero ongoing servicing costs, thanks to its built in auto drain.

Syntesi® pressure regulator is based on the rolling diaphragm principle, which offers numerous advantages compared to systems using a flat diaphragm:
The regulator includes a compensation system that keeps the pressure setting virtually constant, even when the upstream pressure changes.
This is achieved mainly by the the pneumatically balanced valve.
If the downstream pressure rises above the threshold value, the air is discharged (relief valve) until it drops below the maximum value.
A special device relieves downstream pressure rapidly when the upstream pressure drops to zero. This means the regulator can be positioned between a valve and a cylinder because the air can flow in
both directions, towards the cylinder with regulated pressure, or return towards the valve during relief.
The Coalescing Element for the depurator section of the Breathing Air Filter Set, allowing for separation of liquid and solid particles from compressed air.
Cartridge active carbon filtering element for Breathing Air Filter Set that absorbs most of the polluting particles in the air flow due to minute holes in the granules of carbon.
The job of the filter purifier is to efficiently separate liquid and solid particles dispersed in the compressed air.
This separation is achieved by means of a special filtering element calleda “coalescence cartridge”.
It is particularly indicated for eliminating traces of oil present in the
compressed air.
The air flow rate must remain below the maximum values
to achieve the desired degree of purification. Beyond this value, there may
be a decline in the quality of air from the purifier.
