Sprayshop® Plain Sanding Discs

Sprayshop® Plain Sanding Discs are a versatile abrasive that excel in timber and lacquer sanding. The durable design features a stearate coating which helps to prevent clogging and the formation of pills, producing a higher quality sanding and increasing longevity. 

When activated by heat, this stearate coating turns white, which lubricates the surface of the substrate, repelling dirt and dust to give a more consistent finish.

Sprayshop® Net Sanding Discs

Sprayshop® Net Sanding Discs are developed for a more efficient and dust-free sand. This product offers a superior cut and performance for hardwood (such as beech and oak) and a fast cutting on various solid surface materials. 

The net design of these abrasives creates thousands of microholes, meaning any dust particle is a maximum of 0.5mm away from any hole, allowing for optimum dust extraction when used alongside the Mirka® Dust Extractor.

The Sprayshop® 6 Hole Film Sanding Disc is specifically designed for the creation of ultra-matt or high-gloss effects, as well as paint rectification. The stearate layer and smooth film provide a higher quality finish and prevents clogging, improving longevity. 

The scratch pattern that this product creates is very fine and easy to polish out, making it ideal for use with the Perfecta® Burnishing range.

Sprayshop® Random Orbital Sander

Sprayshop® Random Orbital Palm Sander is an efficient, heavy-duty sander, whilst itself being lightweight and compact. Featuring a soft grip handle for comfort and ease of use, this product is ideal for multiple uses.

Can be used with all Mirka® extraction systems, including Dust Extractors 1025L, 1230M and 1230L, stocked at Sprayshop®.

Comes as standard with a 150mm fast-fit velcro pad, ensuring it matches the range of Sprayshop® Sanding Discs.

Sprayshop® standard sanding discs are designed to be efficient, all-round performers, that prevent clogging and increase the lifespan of the disc. These are available in plain, 6, 8, 9 and 17 hole formats.

Morrells® also stocks Sprayshop® Net Discs which are designed for a faster and more superior cut on hardwood with maximum dust extraction, as well as Sprayshop® Film Sanding Discs which have a finer cut, maintaining a high quality finish whilst preventing clogging. The film sanding discs are ideal for use with the Perfecta® Burnishing Range (available in a 6 or 17 hole design).

All sanding discs are velcro backed for easy application to the Sprayshop® Random Orbital Sander, providing a perfect fit.
