The 5mm thick multi-hole interface pad is used in combination with grip sanding discs for sanding rounded surfaces and contours.

The pad is developed to be used for light profile sanding, paint preparation sanding, factory primer (E-Coat) sanding, and top- and clear coat sanding.

Using the Interface Pad will also produce a softer result. The Interface Pad is placed between the backing pad and the sanding disc.

Pad saver for 150mm backing pads. Mirka's pad savers are designed to protect the backing pad from wear and tear when sanding aggressively and continuously with net products.

These cost-effective pad savers, placed between the backing pad and the sanding disc, should be changed regularly. The pad savers prolong the life of the backing pad.

Backing pad medium for 125mm Abranet discs.

Delivered with a pad protector and user instructions.

Abranet medium density Unipad 150 mm (6") for all hole combinations. This Abranet unipad is optimised for flat surfaces and has a high edge durability.

15 larger holes allow use of conventional discs with 6H, 6+1H, 9H and 15H. Suitable for narrow shroud machines but not recommended to be used with 150 mm ROS machines, because the combination of Unipad + wide/Abranet shroud machines does not give the optimal dust extraction.

Delivered with one 150 mm (6") pad saver. To ensure correct installation, always use the supplied spacing washers, making sure that a minimum gap exists between the sander’s shroud and the top part of the backing pad, to prevent friction between the two parts ensure that the screw is tightened sufficiently.

The backing pad should never turn idle. From time to time, check that the screw is correctly tightened.

Grip backing pad for pneumatic orbital sanders.

A 150 mm (6”) backing pad with a central air inlet.

The air channels leading to the center of the backing pad has an increased air flow and therefore the dust is removed efficiently.

A polishing pad with medium density hardness and waffle shape. The durable reticulated foam has an excellent elasticity.

The waffle shape has an optimized pattern which improves the cutting performance and reduces the surface temperature during the polishing process.

The foam pad is suitable for all kinds of polishing processes and is compatible with the Sprayshop® Perfecta Burnishing Range.
