Morrells Perfecta® Burnishing Range is ideal for removing swirl marks, light scratches and defects before providing a fast, easy and flawless high gloss finish to furniture, high-end joinery, luxury vehicle interiors, and kitchens and bathrooms.

The full Perfecta® Kit includes: 800/1000G film-back discs, Perfecta+ Burnishing Cream, Sprayshop® Variable Speed Polisher, lambswool mop, black foam finishing pad and Perfecta® Shield Spray.

Sprayshop® supplies offers a variety of high quality sanding discs, meeting multiple demands whilst helping to achieve a premium finish.

Sprayshop® standard sanding discs are designed to be efficient, all-round performers, that prevent clogging and increase the lifespan of the disc. These are available in plain, 6, 8, 9 and 17 hole formats.

Morrells® also stocks Sprayshop® Net Discs which are designed for a faster and more superior cut on hardwood with maximum dust extraction, as well as Sprayshop® Film Sanding Discs which have a finer cut, maintaining a high quality finish whilst preventing clogging. The film sanding discs are ideal for use with the Perfecta® Burnishing Range (available in a 6 or 17 hole design).

All sanding discs are velcro backed for easy application to the Sprayshop® Random Orbital Sander, providing a perfect fit.

Sprayshop® offers sanding rolls for both hand sanding or machine use.

The range includes Sprayshop® Grey Roll, which is more durable and flexible, perfect for sanding profiled surfaces and providing a uniform scratch pattern. Sprayshop® Red Roll is designed for an aggressive sand on easily clogging materials, making it perfect for softer, more resinous wood. Sprayshop® Foam Roll is best for sanding difficult, non-uniform surfaces and is suitable for both wet and dry sanding.

Sprayshop® Velcro Strips are a durable well rounded sanding product suitable for a higher speed sand whilst maintaining high quality.

The range includes Sprayshop® Velcro Strips which are ideal for use with the Mirka® Hand Blocks.

Sprayshop® Sanding Sheets feature a stearate coating for dry sanding. This provides a uniform scratch pattern and a long lifespan.

When activated by heat, this stearate coating turns white, which lubricates the surface of the substrate, repelling dirt and dust to give a more consistent finish.

The backing of Sprayshop® sheets consists of a latex infused paper, providing the perfect level of flexibility for profile sanding.

Sprayshop® Web Finishing Pads contain three-dimensional fibres, making them perfect for sanding profiled surfaces. This product delivers a high quality finish and is perfect for creating a base before a new layer of lacquer is applied.

Sprayshop® Sanding Pads provide flexibility and versatility, making them perfect for sanding edges and contours. Fits perfectly in the hand without tearing and is double sided for a longer life.

Morrells® stocks a variety of Mirka® sanding and burnishing equipment, including Mirka® Dust Extractors 1025 L PC, 1230 M AFC and the 1230 L PC, as well as all standard electric and pneumatic sanders, featuring the DEROS 650 Central Vacuum Orbital Sander and the PROS 650 Central Vacuum Orbital Sander.

This range also includes the Mirka® PS 1437 Polisher which is compatible with the Perfecta® Burnishing Range.

Mirka® Abralon - A multifunctional sanding material developed to tackle both smooth and profiled surfaces aided by its flexible construction. A free flow of air and water allows for a cleaner sanding process. Recommended for fine sanding and recommended to use wet.

Mirka® Abranet - Combining high performance and a longer lifespan, Abranet is a cost-effective abrasive designed for dry sanding, producing a dust-free sand.

Mirka® Abranet Ace - Optimised net construction and ceramic grains offer a faster, more superior cut for hardwood. Also excellent on primer sanding applications.

Mirka® Axomax Antistatic - An all round abrasive for various wood sanding application, especially efficient for softer, resinous material that clogs easily. Also very durable.

Mirka® Caratflex - Stearate coated for dry sanding. This product maintains a uniform scratch pattern, good grain adherance and fine stock removal over a long lifespan. Flexible backing for profile sanding.

Mirka® Course Cut - Reinforced backing makes this abrasive ideal for coarse sanding work. Edge wear resistance and minimal clogging.
