3M6800 Full Face Respirator
3M™ Full Facepiece Reusable Respirator for full facial protection against airborne contaminants with enhanced comfort, visibility and ease of use. Compatible with 3M particulate filters, gas/vapor cartridges and supplied air respirator systems. Breathing hazardous particles, gases and vapors can be harmful to your health so the 3M™ Full Facepiece Reusable Respirator reduces exposure to many contaminants.

BLS® 5600 Full Face Respirator

Bayonet Connection (b-lock)
This connection is highly intuitive, allowing a quick and safe hold on the mask. It has a locking feedback allowing the user to know if the filter has been properly placed. -

Anti-Fog Technology

Visor
Optical class 1 (EN 166), allows a panoramic visual field without optical distortions. A vitrification treatment on its surface makes it scratch resistant. It is also impact tested: MIL-STD-662F:1997 (V50 ballistic test for armour). -
Harness
A harness fitting is directly fixed on to the body of the mask in 6 separate points. This prevents the face seal from deforming. It also distributes the weight of the respirator evenly without leaving face marks, providing increased levels of comfort.
3M4251 Half Face Respirator
The 3M™ Disposable Half Mask hybrid respirator 4251 A1P2 provides lightweight, comfortable, maintenance-free respiratory protection against dusts, mists, fumes, smokes and organic vapours when spray, brush and roller painting, as well as orbital and manual sanding. Twin inhalation valves and large bonded carbon filters reduce resistance, enhancing breathability.
Use until damaged, particulate filters clog or gas filters saturate. Gas filter saturation will be evident when odour can be detected with the mask on.

Air-Fed Visor Kit
This kit is essential for users spraying polyurethane lacquers due to the release of isocyanate, a molecule with a very low short-term exposure limit as determined by the Health & Safety Executive. This kit can be used when spraying other lacquers if desired to ensure maximum air quality when the kit is well maintained. It is important to ensure air is flowing and that the filters are regularly checked to ensure a reliable, clean supply of air. Filters are necessary to remove oils and other contaminants from the air.
The visor is fed with air from outside the spray booth via the compressor, and is available in three configurations. The air-fed mask requires a certain volume of air flow per minute. A standard 3HP 150L compressor will run an air-fed visor. However, air supply to an air-fed visor as well as a spray system will require a 7.5HP 270L compressor.

3M4255 Half Mask Respirator

The 3M™ Spray Paint Respirator 4255 is a no maintenance, disposable half mask respirator is ready to wear and can be used multiple times, or until damaged, particulate filters clog, or gas filters become saturated.
It’s engineered to provide A2 protection during trade tasks around the home and garden, and P3 protection against medium level fine dusts and oil or water based mists.
Featuring twin inhalation valves, large, bonded carbon filters and a low resistance exhalation valve to make breathing more comfortable than a single filter mask.
